3. Subscription and Fees

3.1 Subscription Options

Germany Insolvencies offers the following subscription plans:

  • Monthly: $199 per month, cancel anytime
  • Lifetime Access: $2,399 one-time payment, unlimited use

3.2 Payment Terms

Payment is processed through Stripe or alternative payment providers. By registering, you accept the payment terms of the respective payment provider. Monthly subscriptions are automatically renewed until you cancel.

3.3 Invoicing

Invoices are provided via email and can be downloaded from your account at any time.

4. Contract Duration and Cancellation

4.1 Monthly Subscription

The subscription runs indefinitely until cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period.

4.2 Lifetime Access

Lifetime access is purchased once and is non-refundable. Returns or refunds are not possible as this is a digital service that is activated immediately upon purchase.

5. Terms of Use

You may only use the platform for legal, business purposes. The following actions are prohibited:

  • Sharing or selling data to third parties
  • Hacking, DDoS attacks or other cyber attacks

5.2 User Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activities carried out through your account. You agree to immediately notify Germany Insolvencies of any unauthorized use of your account.

7. Provision and Availability

7.1 Availability

Germany Insolvencies strives to maintain 99% platform availability. Maintenance and downtime may occur and will be announced when possible. We assume no liability for unforeseen downtime.

The provided insolvency filing data is updated daily. The timeliness and completeness of the data depends on the sources from German court portals.

8. Limitation of Liability

Germany Insolvencies is not liable for:

  • Errors, omissions or inaccuracies in the provided data
  • Lost profits or business losses from using the platform
  • Data loss or security breaches by third parties
  • Indirect or consequential damages of any kind

To the extent permitted by law, the total liability of Germany Insolvencies is limited to the fees paid in the last 12 months.

The data and services are provided "as is". Germany Insolvencies makes no warranty for the completeness, accuracy or suitability of the data for a particular purpose. Use of the platform is at the user's own risk.

11. Termination by Germany Insolvencies

Germany Insolvencies reserves the right to suspend or terminate account access if:

  • These terms are violated
  • There is suspicion of fraud or illegal activities
  • The subscription has not been paid
  • There are security or abuse concerns
